What We Offer
At Civis Capital, we routinely fund loans for a variety of owner-operated businesses including (but certainly not limited to): restaurants, manufacturers, medical professionals, retail stores, dry cleaners, print shops, day care centers, machine shops, car washes, wholesalers and others.
We also offer loans for customized purposes including: purchase, construction, renovation, or refinance of owner-occupied commercial real estate, acquisition of businesses, franchises and professional practices, purchase or refinance of machinery and equipment as well as start-up of franchised businesses (such as restaurants).
We provide excellent loan terms including: low down payments, long term amortizations and competitive interest rates.
Loans are available from $100,000 up to $5,000,000.

Alan Hice Alan has over 11 years of experience in the small business lending industry while specializing in SBA and USDA lending, as well as commercial real estate financing. His background includes cross-training in the loan processing, underwriting, credit administration, and portfolio management functions. Alan graduated from the University of Tennessee with a B.S. in Finance and has additional banking school and commercial loan training. |

Larry Moran Larry Moran (Civis Capital Division Manager) has over 21 years of experience in the banking industry encompassing credit department management, sales, commercial lending, retail bank branch management, administration and customer service. Mr. Moran is responsible for the day to day management of Civis Capital. |

Shahzad Chaudary Shahzad Chaudary has over 15 years banking experience covering retail, commercial and SBA lending. He attended the Stonier Graduate Banking School at the University of Pennsylvania and is a subject matter expert in small business lending. Mr. Chaudary is responsible for developing new SBA/USDA business and is based in Atlanta. |
